About Sean

I moved here 6 years ago and fell in love with the city of San Antonio. When I married my wife, we decided that San Antonio was where we wanted to lay our roots. This city is a wonderful and beautiful city, but that does not mean that we don’t have problems. Our current city council seems to ignore many of them, choosing instead to tread water and improve their own lives, rather than tackle the tough problems of our city. We have rising crime, a homeless crisis, a police force overwhelmed and under-supported. Our city government also seems to be at war with our fire department, treating first responders as if they were lighting the fires instead of extinguishing them. Poverty is far too prevalent with too few economic solutions. All of this, and our city council concerns itself with ridding the downtown of horse-drawn carriages instead of tackling the actual problems. Our priorities are skewed and this is why I am running for District 2 city council.
